Samjoko Media started with a drone, a pilot certificate, and a habit of looking at properties and job sites from angles nobody else was using.
Jacob holds a Transport Canada Advanced Operations RPAS pilot certificate and plans every flight around safety, airspace, light, and the shot. The approach is practical: plan the shot before takeoff, respect the site, and hand over files that are ready the day they're captured. No production pipeline, no waiting.
The vantage matters. A listing photo taken at altitude shows the lot, the approach, and the setting in a single frame. A site photo taken from the same point every month shows progress honestly. That is the work.
