2. Quotes, Bookings, and Client Agreements
The Website does not process quotes, bookings, or payments. You may contact us to discuss a potential project. Quotes are provided separately through Square and are subject to the terms stated in the quote and any related written agreement.
A client engagement is not created merely by visiting the Website, submitting an inquiry, or viewing a quote. Any services we agree to provide will be governed by a separate written agreement between Samjoko Media and the client, including our Master Service Agreement and any applicable project-specific documents. If these Terms conflict with a separate written client agreement, that agreement governs the client engagement.
3. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content—including text, branding, graphics, design, photographs, videos, and other media—are owned by Samjoko Media or used by us with permission. Copyright in original Samjoko Media photographs and videos displayed on the Website, including portfolio imagery and media, is retained by Samjoko Media unless expressly stated otherwise.
You may view the Website for your personal or internal business information purposes. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, download, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, display, sell, or otherwise use Website content—including photographs or videos—without our prior written permission.
